Shipping & Returns


Naughty-Bitz Shipping Policy

    • We send all items within the UK either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery.  Recorded delivery usually takes 1-2 business days.  Special Delivery takes 1 day.  please allow 1-2 days for despatch especially during peak periods of Christmas and Valentines Day. 
    • We send all international items via Royal Mail Airsure or Recorded International Delivery. This service is not trackable in real time.  If you need something urgently please use the UPS Express option which gets delivered to most places around the word in 1-3 days.
    • If you have not received your item please contact us and we will try and track it down for you.  If it is deemed lost we will then file a claim with Royal Mail and either send you a replacement or issue you with a full refund. 

 

Naughty-Bitz Return Policy

    • We check all items before they are sent to ensure they are in perfect condition.  However if you find that wish to return an item you may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. 
    • Due to the nature of the items we will only refund items that have been returned to us in original condition with the tags attached and in original packaging.  Should the item be found to be worn in any way, damaged as a result of trying on etc the item will be returned to you. 
    • The cost of return postage is paid by the buyer unless it is a result of our error such as you received an incorrect item.  We do not accept any returns after 14 days. You should expect to receive your refund within 2 days of the item being back with us.  Please ensure you use a recorded method of delivery as if we do not receive the item back we can not issue you a refund. Please contact your bank for specific processing times as this may vary with the institution.
    •  If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
